I am Özgür Güler. Currently, I work as the AI Tech Lead at Microsoft Innovation Hub, Istanbul. My work sits where enterprise AI transformation becomes operational: agentic workflows, data integration patterns, EvalOps, governance, and the cloud architecture decisions that make systems reliable beyond the demo.
I started in service provider and telco networks at Cisco Systems UK, then moved through high-frequency trading infrastructure in London, startup cloud architecture at AWS, and production AI work at Microsoft. Today I focus on productionising AI agents, context engineering, AI infrastructure & LLM inference systems, and selected technical advisory work for startups and VC teams.
